ABOUT ME: My name is John E. Johnson and I hail from Canton, OH. I am a 1985 graduate from Washington High School in Massillon, OH.  I graduated from The Ohio State School of Barbering and Cosmetology in 1993 as a Master Barber.  I am the holder of two patents in the health and beauty field with one in patent pending status.  I am the CEO of Avante Garde Innovations, a research and development company. I am also a member of the Ohio Inventors Association.

I came about my first invention while in barber school quite by chance. In trying to bring my product to market, I learned all of the tricks of the trade of product development.  My hard work enabled to me to acquire two patents and currently one in patent pending status.  I am research and development, marketing, and the manufacturer of my product line.

WHAT I BRING TO T2T:  I bring a focus on all elements of product development. In my quest to get my ideas to fruition, I encountered various stumbling blocks.  My goal to the reader is to advise how to avoid those stumbling blocks by providing them with information with a face behind it; to assist in bringing their product to market. I provide a diverse group of individuals to bridge the gaps of unseen barriers in the various elements of this process. My mission is to equip the public with the knowledge and tools to help control the spread of communicable disease associated with the health and beauty industry.
