ABOUT ME:  I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and I am a licensed independent practitioner.  I have been working in the area of mental health for numerous (14) years counseling individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, life changes and addictions. I also serve as a field instructor and mentor to social work graduate students with the intent of helping them become competent professionals while maintaining their compassion for others and zeal for service. I enjoy reading motivational and self-development books. Additionally, I enjoy writing motivational, inspirational, and spiritual growth works.

I BRING TO T2T:  I bring to T2T articles that inspire, provoke self- reflection and will leave readers with the desire to be the best they can be and do the best they can do for themselves and for others.
