ABOUT ME: Angela M. Thomas is a retired Miami-Dade Correctional officer who is married to Frederick Thomas, a Miami-Dade Police Detective, and blessed with two beautiful daughters, Antreneka and Kristal.
Although she received many awards and recognitions for her excellent job performances as a certified officer helping the inmates to achieve their G.E.D’s while incarcerated, Thomas still wanted more. Thomas went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She wanted to pursue her dreams of becoming her own boss and writing so she turned that dream into a reality.

Stepping out on faith, she retired from Miami Dade Corrections in April 2005. Since then, Thomas has written and published eight inspirational books and graduated from DeVry University from the “Professional Speaking Network” with Dr. Tina Dupree on April 26, 2008. Fortunately, her journey has not ended there. Thomas’ novels have touched many people of all ages. She addresses real-life issues that people are battling with in their everyday life. She is determined to make a difference by helping others through her books and speaking engagements to break the strongholds that try to stop them from pressing forward.
Perhaps, what makes Thomas so unusual is she is an avid reader and continues to take classes in creative writing to always improve her writing skills.
